Our Philosophy

Spoon of love is not just a food brand. It is our life’s work distilled onto a spoon. A brand crafted with passion. And intent.

Our raison d’être:

Spoon Of Love is not just a food brand. It is our life’s work distilled onto a spoon. A brand crafted with passion. And intent.

It is a new brand but based on an old truth-that when we make things that we love, it just doesn’t feel like work anymore.

As they say, some love stories simmer over a long time. For us it took over 40 years-Of spending countless hours in the kitchen, curating a thousand ingredients and imagining endless possibilities.

Spoon Of Love is an ode to our love for simple ingredients, authentic recipes and imagination that work their magic together to unleash joy upon this world.

Spoon Of Love is also a deliberate intent. It is a result of over 10000 hours and a 100 decision points.

10000 hours

This family food venture is a brainchild of passionate food lovers who have collectively spent over 10000 hours in kitchens. Curating a thousand ingredients. And imagining endless possibilities.

A 100 decision points

100 decision points are about choices. Choices about the kind of cuisine we would love to make and recipes that we would love to imagine. Choices about the kind of people we would love to serve and the kind of people we would love to work with (chefs, curators or connoisseurs of ideas). People with taste and passion but more importantly those who care. Choices about handpicking select ingredients and sourcing from local communities and choices about packaging formats that are kind to the planet.

These were hard choices.

And we chose. We said no to many things. And yes to only a few. We pursued perfection but never compromised on simplicity. Or goodness.
